The Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) launched the Sports Legacy Scheme (SLS) in 2012 and became a charitable institution under the section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance of Hong Kong. SLS arranges for participating professional athletes who are planning to retire or retired to provide sports training to under-privileged students, spreading the positive values of sports and the Olympism spirit. Meanwhile, the SLS always thrives on the support of the public and private sectors.
